2. I delivered 2 years ago. Can I still join?
Yes! Itβs never too late to start healing. Many moms join even after months or years postpartum β and they see amazing results.
3. Will this help me with back pain or leaking?
Yes. The exercises are designed to help with back pain, leakage, poor posture, and weak core muscles β all common after delivery.
4. What if I had a C-section?
No problem! The program is gentle and safe, and works well for moms who had both normal and C-section deliveries (Should be Completed 90 days after C-section).
5. What do I need to join?
Just a yoga mat, a little space to move, and your phone or laptop to join the sessions. No fancy equipment needed!
6. Will I get the recordings?
This is Live Online Webinar, so you can watch and practice Live.
7. How long are the daily sessions?
Each session is about 45β60 minutes. Itβs short, effective, and designed for busy moms.
8. Do I need to be fit to join this program?
